Welcome to Infa. By accessing or using Infa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1) Eligibility
Infa is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Some content on Infa may not be suitable for teenagers or minors. If you are under 18, you may not use the platform.
2) How Infa Works
Infa is a live platform for posting, discovering, promoting, and sharing local or global signals, listings, offers, and other user-submitted content.
Ordinary use of Infa does not require account registration. Some optional, support, payout, referral, messaging, prize, or paid features may require you to submit certain information so the Service can operate correctly.
3) Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. By posting on Infa, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, index, display, format, translate, distribute, and promote that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and present the Service.
You are responsible for what you publish. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
4) Open Posting & Confidentiality
Infa is designed for open publishing, discovery, and distribution. Content, listings, messages, media, descriptions, contact details, and other information that you choose to submit to the platform should not be treated as private, secret, or confidential.
Please do not submit information that you would not want to be displayed, processed, shared, indexed, translated, or redistributed as part of the normal operation of the Service.
5) Paid Features
Some Infa features may be paid. Prices, duration, and conditions are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by integrated providers such as card, QR, crypto, or other supported payment services. Except where required by law, fees are generally non-refundable.
6) Acceptable Use
- No illegal, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.
- No spam, impersonation, hidden advertising, or misleading claims.
- No posting personal data of other people without permission.
- No attempts to abuse, disrupt, scrape, bypass, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.
- No use of Infa in ways that create safety risks for others, partners, merchants, or the platform.
7) Safety, Moderation & AI
We may review, limit, label, reduce visibility of, or remove content when reasonably needed for safety, trust, legal compliance, platform integrity, abuse prevention, or product quality.
Some Infa features may use AI for text improvement, translation, ranking, search, moderation assistance, or discovery. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving what you publish or rely on.
8) Intellectual Property
Infa, its design elements, marks, interface, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors, except for content owned by users or other rightsholders. We respect intellectual-property rights and may respond to valid complaints or takedown notices.
9) Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly given.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.
10) Changes, Suspension & Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. We may also suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary for safety, legal, abuse-prevention, operational, payment, security, or product reasons.

Privacy at Infa. We aim to keep Infa simple. Ordinary use of the platform does not require registration, and we do not describe ordinary users through a hidden-profile system in the normal course of using the Service.
1) Ordinary Use Without Registration
You can browse and use core parts of Infa without creating a traditional account. In ordinary use, we try to keep data handling limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, localize, deliver, and improve the Service.
2) Information You Choose to Submit
If you post content, upload media, send a message, make a payment, contact support, request a reply, join a referral flow, or use a special feature, you may voluntarily provide information such as listing text, photos, media files, payment-related flow data, contact details, or other material needed for that action.
3) Email
We store your email address only when you voluntarily provide it for a specific platform function, such as:
- joining a referral or share-and-earn program;
- receiving prizes, rewards, or related updates;
- receiving messages, replies, notifications, or system communications you asked for.
If you submit your email for one of these purposes, the system may remember and use that email for that purpose and related service communication.
4) What We Do Not Intend to Do in Ordinary Mode
For ordinary use of Infa, we do not present the Service as a hidden personal-profile or shadow-tracking system. We do not promise zero technical logging or zero infrastructure records, but we aim to avoid unnecessary personal profiling in the normal use of the platform.
5) Why We May Process Information
- to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to display, distribute, rank, translate, or promote content you choose to publish;
- to support language, localization, and zone-based presentation;
- to process payments, confirmations, refunds where applicable, and payout-related flows;
- to prevent abuse, fraud, spam, platform misuse, or security incidents;
- to respond to support, safety, moderation, legal, and compliance matters.
6) Open Platform Notice
Because Infa is an open publishing and discovery platform, information that you choose to submit for publication should not be considered confidential. Please avoid submitting sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary for the feature you are using.
7) Sharing
We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, storage, payment, communications, moderation, analytics, anti-abuse, security, and support providers when reasonably necessary to run the Service. We may also disclose information when required by law or when needed to protect the platform, users, partners, merchants, or the rights of others.
8) Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant feature, operational purpose, legal requirement, abuse prevention, dispute handling, payment support, or safety reason.
9) Cookies & Similar Storage
Infa may use limited cookies or similar browser-level storage for security, language, session continuity, payment flows, interface preferences, abuse prevention, and other basic product functions.
